A service responsible for the Business Applications & Digital Enablers service:
You are customer oriented with ~10 years’ experience within software engineering. You have experience in leading knowledge development and deliveries. There will be no sales KPI's but a key objective for the service responsible is to contribute to and be driven by commercialization and growth. Hence, we need you to be a good collaborator and motivator, versatile and enthusiastic. At times we need you as a resourceful contributor in business development processes, early customer engagement and sales related activities. We appreciate if you understand both IT and Business. You lead by example and trust your colleagues. You will be our single point of contact for customers, understand the value of compromise, and will engage with resource owners in assigning resources to projects.
In Cegal, software engineering is not so much about tools, languages, code-frameworks, or IDE's. It is more about finding the right approach to resolving business challenges in a cost-efficient manner.

Being a consultant means that our customers define our roles. Instead of limiting to certain positions and roles we list a snapshot of what is important to our customers, and we take it for granted that you can check some of them:
